New Apple News

With all of the new announcements today from Apple I could not be more happy than with the addition that all iTunes purchases are now standard iTunes Plus songs! It was so frustraing to purchase an album of songs and listen to them and notice the quality level was poor! Now these puppys are at 256kb and are above cd quality.

I will certainly be buying more albums now.

Just purchased Ben Webster meets Oscar Peterson. O mama bring me a cocktail!

the new year

Hello blog readers and Happy New Year! Thought i'd post a few recent "art" pieces that are hanging in the halls of our home. With that comes big changes for the New Year. We undergoing a move with the studio. A bigger space, close to the old studio....very close. More on that later....once it begins to get warm and I can start to work on it. For now we have taken over the old studio space for our family room. It was a great weekend painting and hanging photos and deciding what should go where and once Clover turns 18 watch out!!! She has an eye for decorating..{I dont know what 18 has to do with it....maybe because thats move out year :-) and hopefully she finds a Jay Oh BEE by 18. Of course she is only 12 now....but all of you 12 year olds watch for this decorating star! Any how I will keep posting about anything that is happening here....

Holidays

All of my shopping is done! All of my wrapping is done! All of the food is prepped! Everything is in order....except now we have nasty colds! Ugh.

O well. Christmas comes just once a year!

We started opening one gift a day yesterday. I got the Juno soundtrack. Lake a Tech Deck half pipe. Clover the 3 disc set of Back to the Future movies and Autum a robe, sweater and the latest parfume from Prada.

More to come later today :-)

Saturday brought me over to Jamie and Brian's place for a little family photo session. Jamie and Brian were married in 07 and I was was fortunate enough to photograph it. JAMIE AND BRIANS WEDDING I had a blast with Maizie too! I love the images of him going for the Frisbee! Thanks Jamie and Brian! Enjoy.

You have to play this thing about 6 times before you understand what an idiot I am. Our son got on this snowsurf thing and made it look super easy. I try and my dad has the video rolling. I obviously didnt get on. But much like the little train....I eventually made it down that hill. Happy New Year!
